Pierwsza część serii opowiada historię Citra i Rowan, którzy dostają propozycję od jednego z kosiarzy, aby odbyli u niego roczną praktykę. Po praktyce, jeden z bohaterów zostałoby kosiarzem. Podczas nauki nastolatkowie odkrywają, że ludzie tak naprawdę niewiele wiedzą o kosiarzach. W ciągu rocznej praktyki młodzi ludzie będą muszą zmierzyć się z wieloma problemami. Każdy z nich ostatecznie będzie uczony odmiennego spojrzenia na przyszłą pracę. Poznają więc zarówno współczucie i zrozumienie, jak i przyjemność z odbierania życia. Wciągająca historia!

Today a real roller coaster, that is, the book „Reapers” by Neal Shusterman. This is a novel that combines fantasy, science fiction and elements of character psychology. The first part of the series tells the story of Citra and Rowan, who get an offer from one of the reapers to do a one-year apprenticeship with him. After the apprenticeship, one of the characters would become a reaper. During their apprenticeship, the teens discover that people don’t really know much about reapers. Over the course of the year-long apprenticeship, the young people will have to face many problems. Each of them will eventually be taught a different perspective on their future work. So they will learn both compassion and understanding, as well as the pleasure of taking a life. An engaging story!
